Last Saturday, it was sooooo very hot. I was just a lazy puddle when I went out to get a graduation present for our nephew. Mariah called as I was in the checkout lane to say she, Kathryn and Nickol were in my neighborhood for some garage sale extravaganza, and would I like to meet up with them. I found them easily on my street and sloshed along with them in the heat. Some of the places had crazy-cheap stuff - free vacuum cleaners, $1 furniture... a complete set of Narnia books (arg - I had just that morning bought 2 new ones and shipped them to my niece - rrrrr).  Everyone seemed to find something good, and we finally took refuge in the Coffee Train.
